The Leicestershire Junior Lawyers Division (LJLD) forms a part of the National Junior Lawyers Divison and represents young lawyers from GDL/LPC students through to Solicitors of 5 years PQE.
The LJLD came about in January 2008 as a result of the amalgamation of the Leicestershire Young Solicitors Group and the Leicestershire Trainee Solicitors Group.
The LJLD now exists to enable junior members of our profession to network, socialise and share all kinds of experiences with other individuals at similar stages of their careers.
The LJLD has always considered itself to be at the forefront of providing an excellent service to our members (of which there are in excess of 250) and we make no charge for doing so. We have always believed that our events serve a purpose more than just to make money and so that our members have the option of attending the events from which they will gain the most benefit.
